On Sunday, May 7, 2023, at approximately 8:00 p.m., police were dispatched to a call of an unwanted guest. A male was being belligerent with staff at a health service location on the 1600 block of Victoria Avenue.
While police were on route, the suspect left and caused damage to six vehicles, breaching conditions of his probation order to keep the peace.
The male was located at the intersection of 12th Avenue and Osler Street and arrested.
Forty year-old Joseph Kalibre EAGLETAILFEATHERS, is charged with:
- 6 X Mischief Under $5,000 [CC 430(4)]; and
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order [CC 733.1(1)].
EAGLETAILFEATHERS made his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court yesterday, May 8, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
