An adult male faces numerous charges after a robbery occurred at a financial institution during the afternoon of February 6, 2023.
At 4:29 PM, February 6, 2023, police were dispatched to a robbery in progress complaint occurring at a financial institution in the 1900 block of Hamilton Street. A suspect male entered, demanded money, and was able to leave with an undisclosed amount of money prior to police arriving.
Shortly afterwards police located the suspect male at a building in the 1800 block of Hamilton Street. The suspect male was arrested without incident.
Twenty-seven year-old Michael HUNTINGHAWK is charged with:
- Robbery (Sec 344 (1)(B) CC)
- Fail To Comply With Probation Order (Sec 733.1 (1) CC)
- Fail To Comply With Condition Of A Release Order (Sec 145(5)(A) CC)
The accused will make his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
