A 26 year-old Regina male is facing charges in connection with two recent robberies and the theft and possession of a vehicle.
The evening of Wednesday, July 6, 2022, a member of the Stolen Auto unit saw a parked vehicle in the 1400 block of Rae Street that matched the description of a vehicle stolen earlier that day from downtown Regina. Officers watched as a male got into the vehicle and drove it away. They were able to follow discreetly and made an arrest, without incident, a short time later. This male suspect was also wanted on a warrant in connection with a June 28th Robbery at a business in the 800 block of East Arcola Avenue. In that incident, the male suspect confronted an employee and robbed the business of cash, but also robbed the employee of his vehicle.
