The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public to help solve a street robbery that occurred in Regina on Monday, June 27th.
On Monday, June 27, 2022, a 36 year-old male came to the front desk of the Regina Police Service to report that he’d been the victim of a robbery less than an hour earlier. The victim described picking up groceries and then visiting family members at an apartment in the 2300 block of Hamilton Street. The victim said when he left the apartment a large male approached him, pulled out a knife and stole his groceries. The suspect was described as a very tall male, in his mid-twenties, wearing a red hoodie, a baseball cap, and grey pants. The victim described the knife as having an orange handle. Fortunately, the victim was not physically hurt in this incident.
