The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, is conducting a death investigation after the discovery of a deceased male.
Police were dispatched at approximately 2:40 p.m., on Tuesday March 15, 2022, to the 100 block of Davidson Crescent for a report of a male who had been injured and was lying outside unresponsive. Police and EMS attended and located an adult male who had sustained a critical injury. The male was transported to hospital but succumbed to the injury. Officers secured the immediate area and requested the additional resources of the Major Crimes and Forensic Identification units, as well as the Coroner.
A number of investigative processes are underway, including identification of the deceased male and notification of his next of kin.
Police are working in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner to fully investigate and clarify the circumstances surrounding this death.
