The Regina Police Service is notifying the public of a convoy of trucks expected to enter Regina tomorrow.
On Saturday, January 29, 2022, a convoy is scheduled to enter the city at 11:30 a.m, eastbound on the southern portion of Ring Road, turning northbound on Albert Street, and end with gathering at the Legislative Building. A route map accompanies this news release.
A parade permit has been issued, and the Regina Police Service Traffic Safety Unit has been in contact with organizers. Expect police to be present and monitoring to ensure safety for all users of our roadways. Higher density traffic may occur as the gathering disperses in the afternoon. Please avoid the area, or expect delays.
