The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in investigation into a recent sexual assault.
On the evening of Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at approximately 6:50 p.m., police attended to Candy Cane Park on Wascana Drive for the report of a recent assault of a 14 year-old female. An unknown male had sexually assaulted the female in the park, and fled. Police arrived and located the victim, who was transported to hospital by EMS.
The suspect is described as a male wearing a blue hoodie. This incident remains under investigation.
