The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, is investigating the death of a female young person.
Police were dispatched to a weapons offence on Monday, November 1, 2021, at about 2:06 a.m., to a residence in the 1200 block of Rae Street. Police arrived and located a female, outside the residence who appeared to be deceased. EMS was requested, as several other police units arrived, including a canine unit. EMS confirmed the female deceased. Police also located an injured male, who was taken to hospital for treatment. As it is still very early in this investigation, there are no other details available for release at this time. The Regina Police Service and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service continue to investigate the circumstances of this death.
