The Regina Police Service, working in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, confirms an earlier reported death investigation involving an injured male is now a homicide. This is the sixth homicide in Regina in 2021.
Shortly after midnight on Friday, June 18th, 2021, members of the Regina Police Service were dispatched to hospital in regards to an injured male. The male victim was later pronounced deceased.The deceased adult male has been identified and his next-of-kin have been notified of his death.
The investigation led police to a residence on the 1300 block of Garnet Street.
