Request Assistance: Robbery
The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in a robbery investigation. At approximately 12:12pm., on June 1, 2021, the victim in this incident was at a business in the 1800 block of Rose St. when a lone male suspect entered the store and demanded a cell phone. The male suspect then proceeded to spray lighter fluid on the floor, threatening to light the inside of the business on fire. The suspect then stole a cell phone off the counter, exited the business, and fled the area on a bike. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any injuries during the incident.
The suspect is described as Metis, approximately 20 years old, 6’0 tall, wearing a black hat, black pants, black shoes, a black hoodie with an orange shirt tied around his waist, wearing a blue surgical mask with a black bandanna tied around his neck.
