A thirty year old male is facing charges related to a Break and Enter which occurred this morning in Regina.
On May 26, 2021, at approximately 6:50am police were dispatched to a report of a break and enter to a business in the 300 block of Quebec Street. Police attended and arrested a male matching the description of the suspect a short distance away without incident.
Thirty year old Tanner Nicholas HERSCHE, of Estevan Saskatchewan, is charged with the following offences:
- Break Enter and Commit [348(1)(b) CC];
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order [733.1(1) CC]
HERSCHE will appear in Provincial Court, Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at 1:30pm.
