A 37 year-old female has been charged with Obstructing Justice after investigation into an allegation of an improper disclosure of information, affecting an ongoing police investigation.
It’s alleged this offence occurred in Regina on October 21, 2019. Investigation into this alleged offence led to the arrest of a 37 year-old Regina lawyer, who was subsequently charged. The case alleged to have been affected has not yet been fully concluded through the courts; therefore, no other details will be made public at this time.
Thirty-seven year-old Sharon R. FOX, of Regina, is charged with: Obstruction – did wilfully attempt to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice by interfering in an ongoing police investigation, contrary to section 139(2) of the Criminal Code. FOX will make her first court appearance on the charges before Provincial Court on September 22, 2021.
