The Regina Police Service is asking the public for information that may assist in a weapons related investigation. On Tuesday, February 17th, 2021 at approx. 10:00 a.m. Regina Police officers attended to a call at the Regina General Hospital of an adult female who had been dropped off with a gunshot wound.
The adult female victim had at least one confirmed gunshot wound to her body and was in serious condition. A vehicle had dropped the female off at the Emergency Room doors and then left the area. The female victim remains in serious but stable condition and it appears her injuries are not life-threatening at this time.
This was an isolated event and the citizens of Regina are in no further danger.
