On January 10, 2021, at approximately 11:13 a.m., police were dispatched to a business in the 4000 block of Albert Street in regards to a robbery. The complainant called police stating a male walked into the business, walked up to the counter and demanded cigarettes while threatening the clerk. When the male suspect realized the police were called, he left the store. Police arrived a short time later and arrested the male without further incident.
Thirty nine year old Mitchell James LEGENDRE was charged with one count of robbery contrary to section 344(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Mitchell LEGENDRE was being held for court on Monday January 11th, 2021, at 9:30 a.m.
