Members of the Regina Police Service Stolen Auto Unit have issued a ticket under the Public Health Act for having a private gathering of more than five people.
Members of the Regina Police Service were conducting an investigation involving a Stolen Automobile around midnight last night (Dec. 10-11). The investigation led officers to a residence in the 1900 block of Wallace Street. In the course of the investigation police encountered a large gathering of people which exceeded the maximum amount allowed by the Public Health Act. The resident at that address was issued a ticket under the Public Health Act for violating the rules limiting private indoor gatherings to five people. The ticket carries a $2,800. fine.
