Regina Police are investigating after a single-vehicle collision in East Regina late this afternoon.
On Thursday, October, 8, 2020 at approximately 2:10 p.m., police were dispatched to a report of a single-vehicle collision at Arens Road and Woodland Grove Drive. A vehicle travelling westbound through a field crossed over Woodland Grove Dr. and hit a large brick sign. A short time later it caught fire. The driver, an elderly male, was pulled from the vehicle by two people passing by and was taken to hospital with what, thankfully, appear to be minor injuries. Early indications are that the male suffered some form of medical emergency prior to the collision. The matter is still under investigation.
