A 20 year-old male faces charges in the homicide investigation of 30 year-old Earl Francis DUFOUR, of Lebret Saskatchewan.
This investigation began on Saturday, August 1, 2020, when police were dispatched to the City’s Mount Royal neighbourhood for a firearms offence, where a 30 year-old male was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Investigation led to recovery of a vehicle and identification of viable suspects. On August 2nd, police carried out an emergency services operation at a residence on Wolfe Place, which led to the arrest of an adult male and an adult female, who were both charged with Attempted Murder Using a Firearm, which was updated to First Degree Murder after investigators were advised on Saturday, August 15th, 2020, that the victim had passed away. This is Regina’s ninth homicide incident in 2020.
Police investigation into the matter revealed the involvement of a third suspect, a 20 year-old male, who was located and arrested in the early morning hours August 20, 2020.
Twenty year-old Isaiah James DUSTYHORN is charged with:

DUSTYHORN makes his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court today, Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.
