The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in identifying a suspect and a suspect vehicle involved in an assault investigation.
On Friday, August 14, 2020 at approximately 5:20 p.m., police were called to the intersection of Pasqua Street and Donahue Avenue for a report of an assault in progress. When police arrived, officers located a male victim who had been bleeding from the face. Early investigation suggested the male victim was in his vehicle and stopped at a red light at the intersection when a suspect male parked behind him, got out of his vehicle, and approached the victim’s vehicle. A verbal altercation ensued and the victim got out of his vehicle. The suspect male then allegedly assaulted the victim and drove away.
The suspect vehicle is a light colored GMC Terrain. A photo of the vehicle is attached.
The suspect male is described as: Caucasian, approximately 6’0”, with a muscular build. He is said to be in his thirties with dark brown hair and tattoos covering both arms.
Police believe the suspect may live in close proximity to the incident.
