At approximately 5:30 a.m., October 3, 2025 police responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision at Ring Road and Argyle Street North.
Upon arrival, officers observed a two-vehicle collision. Further investigation determined the suspect’s vehicle had rear-ended the victim’s vehicle, forcing it over a raised boulevard and into a retaining wall on the overpass.
