Thirty-two year-old Angus FOX and 34 year-old Herb FOX were transported from Edmonton to Regina and are appearing in Regina Provincial Court this week.
Angus and Herb FOX were arrested last week for their involvement in the May 30, 2025 murder of 22 year-old Wahkia Ewalk.
Angus FOX is charged with:
- First-Degree Murder [CC 235(1)]; and
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm [CC 92(1)]; and
- Possession of a Loaded or Restricted Firearm [CC 95(1)].
Angus FOX will make his first court appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court this afternoon, Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
Herb FOX is charged with:
- Accessory After the Fact to Murder [CC 240].
