A Regina male is facing charges following a report that a youth was touched inappropriately during a massage therapy session in east Regina. This incident is alleged to have occurred in February of 2025.
Investigation into this matter led to the arrest of a 33-year-old male on Monday, February 24, 2025.
As a result, 33 year-old Douglas RAMOS FUNDAO of Regina is charged with:
- Sexual Interference [CC 151];
- Invitation to Sexual Touching [CC 152];
- Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age [CC 271].
FUNDAO made his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
