On Tuesday, April 23, 2024, police were notified of an incident where a male entered a bathroom and shower facility on the 200 block of Assiniboine Avenue, and used his phone to record a male exiting the shower.
Further investigation into this incident led to the identity of a 63 year-old male, who was arrested on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
Sixty-three year-old Kevin Michael MALOUGHNEY, of Moose Jaw, is charged with:
- Voyeurism [CC 162(1)(A)].
MALOUGHNEY is scheduled to make his first appearance on this charge in Provincial Court Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
