Police are asking the public for their assistance in an investigation into a firearm discharge that occurred overnight.
During the early morning hours of Sunday, December 24, 2023, at approximately 5:00 a.m., police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Angus Street for a report of someone being shot. Police arrived and located a 38-year-old male with a gunshot wound. The male victim was transported to the hospital where he is undergoing treatment. At this time, the victim’s injuries appear to be non-life threatening and he is in stable condition.
