On the early morning of Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at approximately 3:30 a.m., police were dispatched to a residence on Knight Crescent for the report of a break and enter. The complainant reported to police that a male had broken into the garage. The suspect male was unable to flee and remained in the garage.
Police arrived and arrested the male. The male was identified and found to be in breach of curfew conditions.
Forty-one year-old Jonathan LONGMAN, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break and Enter with Intent [CC 348(1)(A)]; and
- Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking [CC 145(4)(A)].
LONGMAN is scheduled to make his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
