Police are requesting assistance from the public in locating a 23 year-old male, wanted for a firearm incident which occurred on March 26, 2023, on the 5000 block of 4th Avenue.
On the evening of Sunday, March 26, 2023, at approximately 7:20 p.m., police were dispatched to a robbery at a business on the 5000 block of 4th Avenue. A male left with merchandise, and when staff approached, he became aggressive and destroyed the merchandise. He revealed a firearm to staff, then left.
Police arrived and investigation led to the identity of a 23 year-old male, found to be in breach of conditions of release.
Twenty-three year-old Dana Jordan WALLACE, of Regina, is described as male, approximately 6’2” tall, thin build, short black hair, brown eyes. WALLACE has numerous tattoos, which include three dots under his left eye, an outline of the Regina skyline above “2005 Killer XI” on the back of his left hand, “SWK” on the back of this right hand above the cursive letters “Ilea”, and “GANGSTA” written vertically down his right forearm. WALLACE is facing charges of:
• Assault with a Weapon [CC 267(A)];
• Theft Under $5,000 [CC 344(B)];
• Mischief Under $5,000 [CC 430(4)];
• Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order [CC 145(5)(A)];
• Carry Concealed Weapon [CC 90]; and
• Possession of a Weapon [CC 88].
