On Monday, March 21, 2023 at approximately 12:35 p.m., police were dispatched to the 800 block of Grace Street in regards to an indecent act. Information stated a lone male was seen masturbating, exposing himself to a 22 year-old female and her child who were nearby. Police arrived and arrested the male.
Thirty-one year-old Christopher Jacob BOERMA, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Indecent Act [CC 173 (1)(A)]; and
- Indecent Exposure to a Person Under 16 Years of Age [CC 173(2)].
BOERMA makes his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court tomorrow, Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
