Two adult males face Break and Enter charges after an arrest on Saturday morning.
On Saturday March 4, 2023, at approximately 02:50 a.m., police were dispatched to the 800 Block of Victoria Avenue for a report of a break and enter to a business. Police received information that at least one male had entered the business.
Upon police arrival, the suspects had fled. Investigation led police to an address in the 900 block of 12th Avenue where two males were arrested without incident.
Twenty year-old Alijah DUBOIS, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break & Enter With Intent CC 348(1)(A)
- Obstruct Peace Officer CC 129(A)
Nineteen year-old Tyler DUBOIS, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break & Enter With Intent CC 348(1)(A)
Through further investigation, Tyler DUBOIS is also charged with:
- Break & Enter and Commit CC 348(1)(B) ( Break and Enter to a business in the 800 block of Victoria Avenue on February 16, 2023.)
- Break & Enter and Commit CC 348(1)(B) ( Break and Enter to a business in the 800 block of Victoria Avenue on February 11, 2023.)
- Break & Enter and Commit CC348(1)(B) ( Break and Enter to a business in the 3800 block of Sherwood Drive on November 15, 2023.)
The accused will make their first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court, on Monday March 6, 2023.
