On Saturday, December 17, 2022, at approximately 3:30 a.m., members of the Regina Police Service were dispatched to a report of a male passed out and unresponsive in a vehicle on MacKenzie Crescent. The licence plate was provided to police and the vehicle was determined to be stolen, reported stolen approximately 1 hour prior. Police arrived on scene and took the 37 year-old, male driver into custody without incident.
Thirty-seven year-old Aaron MOOSEWAYPAYO, of Regina is charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 [CC 355 (a)]
- Operating while impaired [320.14(1)(a)]
- Operating with over 80 mgs of alcohol [CC 320.14(1)(b)]
MOOSEWAYPAYO will appear in Regina Provincial Court on these charges on January 4, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.
