A 24 year-old male is facing several charges, including Attempted Murder, after a woman was found seriously injured outside a residence in the 1200 Block of Garnet Street on May 23, 2022.
Police were called to the scene shortly before 2 a.m. and when they arrived they found the injured female victim in the backyard of the residence. She was transported by EMS to hospital.
As a result of this investigation, a 24 year-old male is facing charges.
Twenty-four year-old Tegan LAPLANTE of Regina is charged with:
- Attempt to Commit Murder [239(1)(B) CC];
- Aggravated Assault [268(1) CC];
- Forcible Confinement [279(2) CC]; and
- Kidnapping [279(1)(1.1)(B) CC].
LAPLANTE appeared in Regina Provincial Court on these charges this morning, May 30, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
