On Saturday, November 6, 2021, at approximately 9:00 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Cameron Street for the report of an attempted robbery. A male approached another male, and demanded his vehicle keys. When the victim refused to comply, the male demanding keys physically assaulted the victim. The victim then fled.
Police arrived and located the suspect nearby, a 37 year-old male, who was arrested and charged.
Thirty-seven year-old Percy Bernard Ronald PASCAL, of Regina, is charged with Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].
PASCAL made his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court this morning, Monday, November 8, 2021, at 9:30 a.m.
