Investigation into a weekend Break and Enter resulted in charges against a 40 year-old Regina Male.
On Saturday, October 23, 2021, at 11:09 a.m., police were dispatched to the 600 block of Queen Street for a report of a residential Break and Enter in progress. The residents were at home at the time. One victim reported that someone had just entered their house, by kicking in the back door and left with a television. The victim was able to provide police with a suspect description and the direction of travel. Investigation led to a house where police were permitted by the resident to enter. Inside they located a male, matching the suspect description, and a television set on the living room floor. It was determined the resident had no knowledge of the crime that had just occurred. The suspect male was taken into custody without incident and charged. The property was returned to the victim.
