On August 15, 2021 at approximately 7:30 p.m., police were dispatched to a business in the 600 block of Albert St. N. in regards to a robbery. A lone male suspect walked into the business brandishing a knife and demanded money. He then helped himself to an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register. Before exiting the premises, the suspect stole a cell phone off the counter. The suspect then boarded a black BMX bike and fled westbound across Albert St.
The suspect was described as a male with a thin build, wearing a black mesh tank top, a black ball cap, with a black shirt covering his face, riding a black BMX bike. The weapon was described as a hunting knife with a six inch blade.
