A forty-five year old Regina male has been charged in connection with a Break and Enter that occurred early this morning.
Police were dispatched at 1:06 a.m. on Monday, May 31, 2021, to a business in the 1700 block of Broder Street for a Break and Enter to the business. Police members arrived within minutes and located a male running southbound from the scene of the B&E. The male was detained and found to be in possession of a duffel bag full of various tools. There was not sufficient evidence at this time to charge the suspect with the Break & Enter itself. Investigation into this matter is continuing.
Forty-five year-old Nathan Blair THOMPSON, of Regina, is charged with Possession of Break-in Instruments, contrary to section 351(1) CC. THOMPSON was released on an undertaking to appear in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on October 20, 2021.
