The Regina Police Service is requesting assistance from the public for information regarding the identity of a suspect involved in a firearms offense occurring Monday.
On Monday, April 5, 2021, at approximately 7:25 p.m., police received a call from a retail business on the 2900 block of Gordon Road. It was stated that a male entered the store, took merchandise, and left the store without paying. Loss Prevention Officers approached the male in his truck in the parking lot, when the suspect revealed a firearm, and threatened to shoot. The suspect then drove away.
The suspect is described as male, with a black star tattoo on his right hand, wearing black pants, black hoodie, black shoes, red cap, and army green bandana around his neck.
The suspect vehicle is described as a green GMC Sierra or Chevrolet Silverado truck with no license plate. The truck had tires in the back as well as an old rusty fuel tank.
