The Regina Police Service has issued another ticket under the Saskatchewan Public Health Act for disobeying the Public Health Orders on COVID-19. An adult female has been issued a ticket for $2,800. On Thursday, February 11th, 2021, at approximately 5:06 p.m., police received a complaint of an unwanted guest at a single home dwelling on the 800 Block of Elphinstone St. Police were able to confirm that the resident had been having several different guests come and go, contrary to the Public Health Order limiting private gatherings of more than those who ordinarily reside there.
The resident at that address was issued a ticket.
This is the 18th ticket issued by the Regina Police Service under the Public Health Orders brought into effect during the pandemic.
