The Regina Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in helping to identify a suspect involved in an armed robbery early this morning.
On Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at approximately 4:55 a.m., police were dispatched to a business in the 3200 block of Montague Street for a report of a robbery in progress. Early information suggested that a male entered the business carrying a shotgun and demanded money from the staff at the till. The suspect then left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. When police arrived, officers searched the area but the suspect was not located.
The suspect is described as: male, Indigenous, about 35 years old, wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie and a blue jacket.
