A thirty one year old female has been issued a ticket for disobeying the Province’s Public Health Act regarding COVID-19.
On Saturday, January 23rd, 2021, at approximately 11:15 a.m., police received a complaint of a female who was COVID positive and not following a Self-Isolation Order. Police began an investigation and located the female at a residence on Buckingham Drive. The Regina Police Service was in contact with the Public Health Inspector and have issued the female a ticket for failing to remain in self-isolation as required under the Public Health Act.
