On the afternoon of Sunday, November 22, 2020, at approximately 2:08 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence on the 2500 block of Parliament Avenue for the report of a break and enter in progress. Information received was that a suspect was attempting to break into a house while an occupant was inside the home.
Police arrived and found that the suspect had gained entry to the garage, and was no longer at the scene. A track led to a thirty year-old male, who was arrested and charged for break and enter. The man was also charged for breaching conditions of a release order.
As a result, thirty year-old Kyle Daniel MONTGRAND, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break and Enter with Intent [348(1)(a) CC];
- Breach of Conditions of Release Order [145(4)(a)CC]
MONTGRAND made his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court today, November 23, 2020, at 9:30 a.m.
