The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in a robbery investigation. At approximately 9:13 p.m., on October 28, 2020, police were dispatched to a business on the 200 block of Broadway Ave. E., to a report of a robbery. A lone male suspect walked into the business carrying a knife and walked over to the counter, where he removed an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register. The suspect then grabbed some scratch and win tickets from the counter before exiting the business.
The suspect is described as Indigenous, 6’0 tall, wearing a navy blue ski mask, black jacket, with a red hoodie underneath, black gloves, white and black runners, black jeans and carrying a lavender purse. The knife was described as a large black handled kitchen knife. At one point, the suspect adjusted his mask and a tattoo was observed on his right temple.
Fortunately, nobody was injured during this incident.
