On May 2, 2020 at approximately 8:35 a.m., the Regina Police Service responded to a report of gunshots in the 3500 block of 5th Avenue. Police determined one male discharged a firearm after a verbal argument with two males. All of the males left the scene before police arrived. Police investigation has led to charges being laid against a 22 year old male.
On July 4th, 2020, the Regina Police located the 22 year old male in the 100 block of Procter Place. The male ran from police and unlawfully entered a residence where he was arrested.
Seth Brian BEASLEY will appear in Provincial Court on the following charges:
- 2 X Assault With a Weapon [CC 267 (a)];
- Reckless Discharge of a Firearm [CC 244.2 (1) (b)]; and
- Break and Enter With The Intent To Commit an Indictable Offence [CC 348 (1) (a)].
BEASLEY will make his first court appearance in Provincial Court on July 6, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
