An adult male is facing charges following a break and enter at a business in the 1500 block of Winnipeg Street.
At approximately 5:05 a.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026, police responded to a report of a break and enter in progress. The business reported that the suspect had gained entry to the business and stole a vehicle and other merchandise from inside. Police arrived on scene and began their investigation.
Later that day officers located the stolen vehicle in the 1200 block of Athol Street. The suspect, who matched the provided description, was observed exiting an alley and was taken into custody without incident.
As a result of this investigation, 41 year-old Tyler ROSS, is charged with:
- Break and Enter to Commit Theft. [CC 348(1)(B)].
