Update: PRATT has been arrested.
Thirty-four year-old Collin PRATT is described as male, about 5’11”, approximately 190 lbs., with brown hair, and brown eyes. Notable markings include a tattoo reading “PRATT” on the back of his neck, the letters “BJP” on the left side of his neck, and the word “CLEE” tattooed on the right side of his neck.
