BEAR was reported missing to the Regina Police Service on September 5, 2013.  She was last seen on August 9^th, 2013 leaving a residence in the 900 block of Rae Street.  Through investigation, we have confirmed BEAR to be the victim of a homicide.  BEAR’s remains however, have not been located.
