Regina Drug Unit (RDU)

The Regina Drug Unit is responsible for proactive investigation and enforcement under the provisions of the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.  Investigators within the Regina Drug Unit gather intelligence, conduct in- depth investigations and take enforcement action for drug offences in the city of Regina. The Regina Drug Unit focuses attention on drug trafficking and those persons or groups responsible for large-scale distribution of controlled substances. Particular attention is given to Fentanyl trafficking due to its devastating impact on our community.  Members of the Regina Drug Unit also educate community groups and the public on drug trends and awareness.
