Thirty-three year-old Kelsey STEWART is described as male, 5’6″, approximately 120 lbs. with short black hair, and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include a tattoo on his right hand with the number “306”, a bear paw on his left hand, and multiple tattoos on his neck.
