Forty-one year-old Louis Ted MERCREDI, who was the subject of a Public Disclosure issued by the Regina Police Service on January 13, 2025, has been arrested for a breach of conditions. This arrest is not the result of MERCREDI committing an offence against a person. MERCREDI has been returned to a closed-custody facility.
