Twenty-six-year-old Sierra Dianne DUBOIS is described as female, 5’6″ tall, approximately 140 lbs., with long, straight black hair, and brown eyes. Noticeable markings include two piercings in her right ear, a piercing in her left ear, and the following tattoos: a heart outline on her left index finger, a stylized calligraphic “D” on her left hand, “Dubois” in cursive on her right hand, and a name in cursive on her right elbow, and “To Fast to Live/To Young to Die” [sp] on her right forearm.
