The Regina Police Service are requesting assistance from the public in locating 22 year-old Dylan MACHISKINIC, of Regina. MACHISKINICis described as male, approximately 5’9″ tall, approximately 195 lbs., muscular build, with black hair and brown eyes. MACHISKINIC has many noticeable tattoos which include prominent ones on his face and neck.
