The Regina Police Service are requesting assistance from the public in locating 24 year-old Caroline Nadine SANGUAIS, of Regina. SANGUAIS is described as female, approximately 5’6″ tall, approximately 175 lbs., medium build, with brown hair and brown eyes. Noticeable tattoos include “JTA” in calligraphic letters surrounded by stars on her left hand, “Baby Santos” on her left shoulder, “JLGB” above “BRNS” on her left upper arm, and “RUTHLESS” written vertically down her left forearm.
