On Sunday August 20, 2023, at approximately 00:10 a.m., police were dispatched to the 1200 block of McIntosh Street for a report of a break and enter to a garage. Police received information that a group of males were breaking into a garage. Police attended to the area and located a male leaving the garage. The male suspect was arrested a short distance away without incident.
Forty-five year-old Darryl DESJARLAIS, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break & Enter and Commit CC 348(1)(B)
DESJARLAIS will make his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court, on August 21, 2023.
